I'm writing a quick a little didy while I prepare to depart for a small gathering. I just felt it neccesary to say that people should really get into bowling. It's truely an adrenaline rush seeing that thirteen pound ball barrel down the slippery wood track and to feel the reverbirations of the pins hitting the ground under your feet. I often see lessons and wisdom in those sad little pins, dutifully falling and getting right back up again, unhindered at the dismay that truely is their meger lives. But all they are is inanimate, and true to life, a person cares for others as much as they do bowling pins, really not at all.

Nine

Well, I honestly believed this whole experience would be more...... therapeutic. But after pondering the happenstances of this pathetic little blog, I realize I have been wasting my time. For whom do I type to? No one, at this very moment I am forming these words in the hope some small soul will stumble upon them and will feel enlightened that they have discovered something unique. In that aspect, I am a phony, nothing more than a simple human using my words and knowledge to sound cool and different. In many a way I am hiding behind a disguise, but who is to stop me at this point, because who honestly reads this. I have one loyal follower, and that is myself. How cynical of me! Well alas, I can use this as an outlet to rant my forthcoming's and slightly disagreeable quips of pointless maters, that frankly no one gives a poop about. Well that's the end of that, have a nice day. 

Basics

Whilst reading a book, I encountered a thought that if I too, was in this perilous situation, what would the basics be? The premise of the book was apocalyptic and such, and it really made me think about all of the trivial things I obsess over. When it comes down to brass tacks, none of the things we focus on like money, cars, houses, and other expensive things dont matter. That thousand dollar Luis Vuitton wont save you from dying will it? This book will most likely effect how I spend and has also effected the way I treat daily things like running water and the ability to stay clean. So next time you want to show up your friend with the hottest pair of shades, just remember, it wont save your life or complete it.   

Family

You can never fully enjoy your loved ones, until they make fools of themselves. For laughing and playing are ways to see anyone's true colors, because they let loose. Next time you are with a family member, laugh, have fun, and be a fool!

Folk Music

Listening to Schooner Fare, a band from main that sing great music. My dad introduced me to them, and I have fallen in love with how great they are! The lead singer has a harmonic voice that is peaceful to listen to. So, I suppose I have fallen for folk music, but this is the only band I know, poo!

The names Evan, and I'm a girl. Right now, you're probably thinking, "Great an inverse Johnny Cash situation!" But no, this isn't. You see, my full name is Evangeline, I know it's awefull. I live with a couple of ridiculous people, in the boon docks. This is our story.

The Hurricane Turned Tropical Storm

The so called "phenomena" Irene, is starting to get on my nerves. Everyone in my small town was literally hysterical with fear. Im sad to make you guys look ridiculous, but you can all crawl out of your bathtubs now, because it's just raining. I'm being slightly hypocritical here because i too, was frightened, but now i see there is no reason to be, to everyone come out of hiding! Thats all I need to say on that matter, have a fine day!
